Velvet Remedy

I'd heavily suggest black in her casting cost; she's fairly conniving, haughty, and for a little while, a total jerk to Pip and Calamity. Besides all that, she's hardly a saint, no matter how much she idolizes Fluttershy.

Her first ability I feel is too cumbersome; having to pay it twice, and in a specific colour isn't very profitable. I'd actually suggest scrapping it and allowing her to give Regenerate to a target creature instead. It serves the same flavour, and is more gratifying.

Her buffs are spot on, though I'd personally have have her buffs not affect her power; she's not really a fighter.
